Online Leak Sealing

Defect area where the pinhole is located at the weldment

Arrest the leak using Teflon, metal back cover and smart clip

Measure the surface roughness once surface preparation is done on the pipe using testex tape

Apply PS106 Underwater Repair Putty on the smart clip and surrounding pipe

Application of WSP Resin and Activator using paint brush

Wrap the pipe with fiberglass repair tape for final reinforcement

Measure the hardness of fiberglass repair tape once it has fully cured

Apply Stopaq Wrapping Band CZH on top of the fiberglass as an external corrosion prevention
